As an Underweight, you are open to virtually all ailments. Why?

Your body lacks the energy to defend you against all sorts;

1. As an Underweight, your joints would suffer rigidity, pains, swelling and why?

They lack the fats to lubricate them!

2. As an Underweight, your eyes lack the energy to perform their functions. Your eyes wont be able to see far ( westerners would call this ‘short sightedness )

3. As an Underweight, you might suffer poor hair growth

4. As an Underweight, you might suffer fever often because your immune system isn’t having the strength to protect you

5. As an Underweight, your own injuries, instead of healing, would keep expanding.

6. As an Underweight, your gums might bleed and sore

7. As an Underweight, you would always be cold because you lack the fats to generate heat/warmth

8. As an Underweight, your nails would be so weak

9. As an Underweight, you would appear pale ( the hospital would say its blood. No, you lack energy/ weight )

10. As an Underweight, you might always be weak

11. As an Underweight, you might suffer birth complications.

Pushing out a baby might be difficult because you lack the strength.

If you birth successfully, baby might be weak immune or with brain malfunction

12. As an Underweight, you might suffer heart failure because your body lacks the energy to pump blood well

13. As an Underweight, you might suffer stroke/paralysis ( inadequate blood supply )

14. As an Underweight, you might suffer issues with hearing properly or grabbing sounds. Your ears are weak

15. As an Underweight, breathing might be difficult

16. As an Underweight, your skin, eyes, palms and soles might appear yellow due to improper blood circulation, not ‘blood shortage’ as claimed by western medicine. Nothing happened to your blood. Nobody drained it, so you cant be short on blood. Your body only lacks the energy to circulate it. Add the right weight and watch everything, disappear

Smiles….I could go on and on……

So, is weight ‘just weight’?

God bless Africa!
