But how?
Stress here could be mental, physical, healthwise, emotional, etc.
Your head should ache when the body is stressed. It has nothing to do with hbp. The fact your bp was high when you had headache, does not automatically import, hbp caused the headache. Same stress, your head is reacting to, is also why your blood is pumping to your heart with more pressure. Hbp, headache, are both symptoms of stress. This is how it should be, if stress is not curbsd. If tomorrow, from headache, you get stroked, same stress and other wrong lifestyles you failed to manage caused it.
