Pregnant and underweight?

* Lets avoid prolonged labor from lack of energy to push.

* let’s avoid underweight babies

* let’s avoid weak immune/sickly babies

* let’s avoid babies with Incompletely formed organs/body parts

* lets avoid babies with cognitive disorders….

The list is endless…..

You surely wouldn’t work out like an overweight or normal weight would, but you sure wouldn’t be sedentary. 1 or 2 chores around the house would be just fine, sake of proper blood circulation. Otherwise, reserve your little energy ( weight ).

You are adding weight now to help a healthy child formation and also prevent birth complications but this weight must come from doing the right things. This weight must come from the right sources, right?

Points to note;

* you need water, but not as much as an overweight would. Too much water would aid quick and easy digestion. As an Underweight, we need your foods to linger, not going out, the moment it goes in..

* you are to add weight for good health, not bloat. Fats gotten from the wrong sources, bloat. Natural fats dont bloat!

* you need to sleep often to accumulate weight, also ease stress

All these said, let’s try out something, are we ready?
