As a pregnant woman, avoid being over or underweight. It begins with your lifestyle, even before taking in.
Avoid;
1. Palpitations
2. Chest/heart burns
3. Chest tightness
4. Edema ( swelling )
5. Breathing difficulty
6. Still birth ( fats choking your growing child )
7. Cardiac arrest
8. Inability to push baby out ( weakness from too little weight or heaviness from excess )
9. Oversize babies leading to tears, organ prolapse and a whole lot of complications
10. Weak babies from too little weight ( weak immunity ), etc
So many other lifestyles could lead to birth complications, whether overweight, underweight, or not; stress, emotional issues e.g depression, sadness, anxiety, worry, fear, etc ( could lead to palpitations, cardiac arrest because of contraction of blood vessels, stroke, extreme weight loss, depriving the fetus of sufficient energy to grow. Miscarriage might follow, etc ), sedentariness ( cardiac arrest, heart burn, chest tightness, edema, breathing difficulty, still birth from improper blood circulation ), western medications ( may produce a child with improperly formed cognition and lots of problems ), alcohol, smoking, contraceptives, humanly modified foods, use of stimulants, etc.
I didnt know all these. Already pregnant and overweight. What do I do?
It begins with discarding those suppressants you are on.
I am sure the hospital told you, hbp is responsible, but its not true. Bp should rise when conditions warrant it.
The same lifestyles causing these symptoms, is responsible for bp rising, same lifestyle would cause the complications. So,
We are going to be neutral ( try to be in-between ). I do herbs from my month 4 till I deliver, but, i cant recommend that for all, because I dont know your lifestyles.
Lets start with, Saaaaay;
1. water fast’ for 24 hours, especially if extremely overweight and already experiencing discomforts, like breathing difficulty, edema, etc ( it doesn’t kill. Just do it rightly to avoid fainting )
2. If you cant bear water fast, vegetables fast, then ( cabbages, carrots, cucumbers, etc )
It could appear very difficult, but, if you are able to sustain 24 hours, you would get used to it. Anything for our baby, right?
3. Not too weighty but experience some discomfort, if you cant go water and strict vegetables fast, sayyyyyyy vegetables fast, morning and evening, small lunch at 2pm, daily. How about that?
