You brush and implore all the oral hygiene measures, yet, your breath…..

Check the so called Pastes you rely on for fresh breath. It might be the source of your problem.

Most Pastes now, contain ingredients that sore your gums, dry out your mouth, etc.

I once bought a toothpaste, during one of my official visits to Lagos ( wont call the name of the brand ), put the pasted brush in my mouth and my saliva started melting. Became very light and watery. I tried brushing with this thrice and got same result. That’s a red flag! I immediately discarded that paste and advised my loved ones against it.

Not everybody knows this or are observant enough…..

Sicknesses everywhere, today. We keep wondering where these anormalies sprouted from and then we end up blaming them on cells, chromosomes….

Then, your malodor could stem from the inside of you..

If you are internally and chronically inflamed, all the ulcers, etc, the decaying sore in you would ooze out through your mouth, nose, any opening.

So, not all persons whose breath do not smell fresh, are dirty..

Whether from sickness or bad Pastes or poor oral hygiene, try brush as often as you can, daily.

Your food choices also determine the freshness of your breath ( junks cause the mouth to smell, contrary to fruits and vegetables ).

Stop drugging ( western medications ). These chemicals inflame you, internally ( a strong source of malodor ).

Stop alcohol, stop smoking.

Take on salt brushing, gaggling, flossing, to start with. If you cant get a mild and nature-friendly toothpaste, please get neem sticks.

“I have done all these, my mouth still smells”🤷‍♂️

“let’s dive into your health, then”
