I feel just a very tiny lump when I check. I will keep to this lifestyle it’s a life changer.

And for the breathing,it feels a lot better. I trust God that in no time I wnt feel the difficulty, anymore.
I have been feeling a small lump down side of my breast for about 3yrs now but you have to search well to feel it.
I used to feel pain at the back, same region where the breast is located and it’s was uncomfortable especially before period, but now I hardly feel the stretchy pain.
