Seeking a job?
That’s good, you know. But, what if you became an employer of labor, instead?
” but, I dont have money/capital “
” money is important but knowing what you can first, even give to Nigeria, is more “
Do we know the source of wealth, fame, affluence, Nigerians?
Should I tell us?
‘PROBLEMS’
“PROBLEMS. How?”
” the more problems you got solutions to, the more money, the more you are known, the more lives you impact”
Am I making sense?
So, instead of the bandwagon thing; every woman who graduates and got no white collar job, either becomes a hairdresser ( even when she doesnt know how to ), fashion designer ( even when she struggles to ) or make up artist ( making other women appear like masquerades ). Every man who graduates and got no job, becomes a barber, driver, etc, what if you searched out your innate abilities ( what am i naturally gifted in? ), search for the things lacking around you, problems you think you can solve, base on your natural abilities, how you could help that neighbor, friend, even without a penny?
Thats the start, you know, right?
You need no capital or money. Start just where you are.
Dig out problems and start proferring solutions. Thats your money!
People are more interested in solutions you can proffer. Dont you think?
You are very good in cleaning and organizing things. Start from your street! You need no multimillion naira contract!
Pick those brooms, packers, detergents and move from house to house, putting their things in order. Whether they appreciate you monetarily or not, continue. At least, if not for any other thing, you’ve successfully occupied yourself. Money must follow, overtime!
Have you ever imagined how Nigeria, as a case study, would be, if even 50% of the population, were employers?
Imagine, almost every Nigerian family, owning a company;
* one person from my family, clan, owning a shoe making factory
* one person from your family owning a water production company
* one person from her family running cleaning services
* One person from his family running haulaging
Each and everyone’s hands on deck. Poverty, lack and want, can never be off humanity, yes! But we could beat it to the bearest minimum.
Let’s even start from the basis. Why are you running away from farming?
Dont tell me ‘Fulani herdsmen’ because its not true.
You dont farm because you feel, thats an occupation for the unlearned, illiterate, unschooled, crude. You would rather starve to death, than soil your hands.
Now, thats the beginning of POVERTY!
God bless Nigeria!
