Its not healthy and even risky to be over or underweight before, during and after conception.

The weight here, represents consequences of your lifestyle.

Never believe its normal to be overweight when pregnant. You can add weight, but not go over.

Being overweight means;

1. You are a drugger ( western medications that bloat )

2. You eat the wrong foods ( especially junks )

3. You are sedentary

4. You do alcohol, etc

Being underweight means;

1. You are not eating enough or well

2. Smoking

3. Alcoholic

4. Stressed ( could be physically, mentally, emotionally, etc )

These are the sources of all the discomforts and birth complications you attribute to hbp ‘your lifestyle’; headache, palpitations, chest burns, edema, bloating, breathing difficulty, still birth, under or overweight babies, leading to tears, inability to deliver through the vagina, a weak immune child ( too little weight ), etc…

It doesn’t mean, even if you are normal weight, you cant still experience complications. Its all about your lifestyle!

Even if you are normal weight and are sedentary all through pregnancy or most times, you could still experience consequences of sedentariness; bloating, edema, chest burn, palpitations, headache, etc. The fact your bp was high at that point, doesn’t mean, it caused these discomforts. Its high because, your condition at that point required it. Your lifestyle ‘sedentariness’ and every other one you are guilty of, caused all you feel….

Discard those toxins you are drugging your body with……
