How do you feel, talking to the person beside you and he or she gives you a weird look or raises his or her nose. Embarrassing right?

But, come to think of it, it might not necessarily be because you lack good oral hygiene 🤔 or not brushing well. A lot of reasons, why the mouth smell;

1. Some health challenges e.g inflammatory diseases, cause bad breath. In this case, the source is internal and deeper. Not a toothbrush matter. Doesn't mean, you should discard good oral hygiene.

Trace the wrong lifestyles you practise inflaming you; western medications, alcohol, smoking, etc.

Repent of them

Detoxification

2. Dehydration: if you dont drink water much and often, due to dryness, your mouth would smell

3. Wrong foods: especially junks, ooze smell

4. Smoking

5. Alcohol

6. Use of chemically Processed toothpastes

As funny as it may sound, these products do opposite of what they claim. The more of these toothpastes you use, the shorter your fresh breath span and this is because, they contain ingredients that either injure the gums, dry out the mouth or do one thing or the other.

Most are heavily laden with mint flavor, just to mask the odor but in the real sense, your oral health is deteriorating...

So, what should I do?

1. From number 1 to 6 above, which is the source of your malodor? You should have known by now

2. Repent of them

3. Detoxify ( to heal from within and automatically rule out every internal source )

4. Opt for nature-friendly Pastes, if you must use. After first brushing with that, make it a duty to brush with salt and warm water otherwise, simply get your neem sticks ( dongoyaro ) for brushing and gaggle mouth with saline solution, afterwards....

Did I strike a chord?

Then clap for me👏
