I started my healing program 15th September, 2025
Symptoms were; headaches, stiffness of neck and joints, body pains, brain fog, weakness of the arms and legs, burry vision, confusion, swell behind my right ear.
Improvement so far; No more chronic headaches, stiffness of neck and joints have reduced,no more body pains and brain fog, weakness of arms and legs have reduced, vision is clear, no more confusion, the swell goes down and comes up occasionally.
Complains left; Lack of blood ( have to use herbs like poroporo or hospital too far) to supplement.
Sometimes I feel the stiffness of the neck that usually results to headaches and discomfort.
Stiffness of joint occasionally. December and January menses came with a lot of pains especially around my pelvis area.
Lifestyle changes made so far; No more sanitary pads, no more push-up bras, no more humanly modified foods and seasonings.
