I started my healing journey, January 2026.
I started with biopsy complications and regrown lumps in my breast, bloody nipple discharge when pressed and occasional slight breast bites and swollen breast tissues up to the the arms hole.
So far, the lumps have reduced in size, discharge is drying up but more bloody, the bites is scarcely experienced.
I just started few days ago.
I have stopped using sanitary pads, have stopped seasoning cubes, though I use to apply just little before but now, no more. Naturally, I don’t take sugary things till now, no more human- made snacks but natural nuts and seedlings.
No more industrial salt but sea salt, no more western medications, etc.
