Started my healing program: August, 2024
Symptoms were: right sided pains, under my breast bone to my stomach and radiates to my shoulder blades, back, down to my waist and pelvic region, pelvic pressure and cramps, unable to add weight, scanty menses, difficulty in conceiving and chest pain, atimes.
Improvement so far : no more chest pain, no more weight loss, the pains on my back, shoulder blades, stomach and waist have stopped, entirely
Complains left: the right side pain on my upper abdomen and the pelvic pains and pressure is still on and off, and my menses is still very light
Lifestyle changes made so for :
I no longer use artificial seasonings to cook, no more western medicine, i exercise regularly, etc “
