2. When i started: 25th January 2025
3. Symptoms started with: pains on both side of my ribs, tiredness, swollen leg, high blood pressure, high blood sugar ,blurry vision.
4. Improvement so far: most of the symptoms have gone
5. complains left: painful and frequent urination at times, blurry vision,pains at times at both side of my ribs.
6. Lifestyle changes made so far: no western medicine, no alcohol, no body cream, no artificial seasoning, etc “
