Can you really be short on blood, as a living and active human, when there is no cut, injury or anything that allows for physical exit of blood?

A lot of symptoms are attributed to blood shortage;

1. Extreme fatigue and weakness

2. Pale or yellowish skin

3. Inability to take a deep breath especially with minor activity

4. Dizziness

5. Rapid heartbeat

6. Cold hands and feet

7. Chest pain

8. Fainting, etc.

If we go through thsse symptoms, carefully, they revolve around just one thing ( energy/weight ). As an Underweight person, your tendency to suffer these symptoms is high and the hospital’s own diagnosis for you would always be ‘Anemia’. As a sickler, you tend to exhibit all these symptoms, not because, some blood truly varnished from your body. Your body simply lacks the weight/energy to carry out its daily functions. Your hands and feet are cold because the energy is not there for proper blood circulation, the fats aren’t also there to generate heat/warmth. The blood is there. Didn’t go anywhere but the energy to circulate it, mbanunu…..🤷‍♀🤷‍♀

If you dont eat over a period of time, maybe fasting and prayers, detoxification, or simply lack foods to eat, you could experience these symptoms and blood shortage would be the diagnosis. .

Now, that you know the reason you feel that way, what would be the solution, great minds?
