Started my healing program, August 2025.
Symptoms were; High BP, cheesy discharge, infection, missed period, hotness in the body blurry vision, no libido, no wetness, infertility, insomnia
Improvement so far; BP normal, no more Cheesy discharge, I feel a lot better, no more itching, no more hotness of the body in the night, I have libido now, sometimes it’s crazy, my sleep pattern improved, I had symptoms like my period wants to come but it didn’t, my body is light and flexible, I sweat a lot now.
Complains left; No period yet, a bit of wetness, blurry vision,
Lifestyle changes made so far; I don’t wear bra with irons, I exercise at home though was going to the gym before, no western medications, etc “
