Started on 21 of January 2026.
I have kidney issue
Started with; Serious back pain, food burn, foaming urine, chest pain,
Headache, pain in my lower abdomen, body scratch, pain in my neck, frequent urination, lack of sleep sometimes, blur vision, confusion, bone finger and toes cracking, shortness of breath sometimes, dizziness,
Pain all over my body, tiredness.
Improvement so far; foamy urine has started reducing ( clearing out ),
the pains have also started reducing, my skin looks okay now.
Lifestyle change made so far; My lifestyle have strictly been based on my caregiver’s instructions;
I don’t drink, smoke, no more western medications “
