Pains and lumps in my breast.
Reduction in the lumps,
Slight pains that comes and goes, not all the time.
I noticed sligh heart pains recently though not regular and just cough and catarrh that started two days ago, which I have relief a bit now.
I stopped using pads, creams, just using oil.
I don’t use artificial seasonings, except the recommended natural spices, no western medications “
