STOP DIALYSIS CHALLENGE 2026

We initiated this challenge three years ago, in 2023, with the goal of supporting individuals on dialysis through a comprehensive lifestyle transformation. Many Nigerians expressed interest, but we soon discovered that adhering to the rigorous regimen was a significant hurdle. Some participants would enthusiastically apply, only to become disheartened when faced with the strict guidelines. After just a few days, they would often discontinue, citing difficulties in maintaining the required discipline. This lack of perseverance is reflective of a broader issue, where individuals seek immediate solutions rather than committing to long-term change. Unfortunately, this approach can lead to incomplete video reports and a lack of follow-through. It’s ironic that the very discipline we often lack is what we need to achieve sound health. As a result, we often turn to promises of quick fixes, which can ultimately prove detrimental to our well-being.

In 2026, we’re inviting individuals to test their resolve and commitment to a healthier lifestyle. At Ndcl, we’re committed to guiding you through this journey of lifestyle change and healing, but we require determination, discipline, and honesty in return. The chosen participants will be accountable to the public, and by sharing their stories, we aim to create awareness and promote lasting change. By submitting their materials, participants acknowledge that Ndcl may use them for awareness creation, and withdrawal from the challenge does not nullify this agreement.
