I’m unclear about the rationale behind taking drugs to lower blood pressure when the body may require it to rise. This approach can lead to organ failure, which is a serious issue. It’s like going against nature and expecting a different outcome. The heart beats faster when necessary, much like the eyes blink to protect themselves from dust. These are natural processes that shouldn’t be interfered with. Instead of focusing on controlling blood pressure, we should be looking at lifestyle choices. Poor lifestyles are the root cause of many illnesses today, and pharmaceutical companies are profiting from people’s lack of awareness. It’s essential to question the intentions behind Western medicine.
To achieve wellness, it’s crucial to reconsider the drugs we’re taking. Self-healing requires a different approach. Drugs only mask symptoms; they don’t treat the underlying causes. There’s a fine line between drugs and substance abuse. Both can be detrimental to our health. It’s time for Africans to reevaluate their priorities.
