As a pregnant woman, do not be tempted to imagine, being overweight is normal, because you are 2 in one body. That’s a wrong orientation.

A lot of birth complications, you all attribute to ‘hbp’, comes from either being too weighty or less. Try and shed that weight or add and watch lots of symptoms and discomforts you experience, disappear.

1. Consistent headaches ( pressure from too much weight or too little )

2. Heart burn

3. Chest tightness ( the excess fats are blocking everywhere )

4. Stillbirth ( excess fats choking your child and depriving him/her of breath )

5. Palpitations ( improper blood flow because fats are clogging your blood vessels )

6. Inability to push child out, requiring emergency surgeries ( you lack strength from too little weight or feel too heavy from excess )

7. Giving birth to oversize babies causing you serious tears, womb prolapse and all manner of health complications

8. Birthing malnourished kids. As an Underweight pregnant mother, the aftermath is a child that would show you ‘shege’. Every day sickness!

I could keep on…..

Lets always remember, i conceived, gestated and delivered myself and in my house without a single hospital visit and a single drug ( I am not stopping you from going to the hospital. Get the point here ).

So, you can avoid all the complications, instead of shouting, ‘bp’ up and down…
