A lot is happening with Nigeria, economically, currently. But, like I would always implore my followers, never blame any leader or individual, over your peril. Yes, those we appoint to lead us, need make some revolutionary decisions, to see us skyrocketing as a nation, but expect to be disappointed. That’s because, they are humans! And even if they didnt, change is not one-sided. A leader can only lead effectively, when there are responsible and submissive followers. So, before you blame any leader, ask yourself “how have I helped Nigeria, as a person?” Cheating, disobedience to laws and orders of the land, malpractice, littering the environment, bribery, extortion, greed, selfishness, haughtiness, little or no care for your neighbours, stealing, revenge, unforgiveness, violence…. then, my friend, you actually got no fingers, to point.
The little seeds of corruption, sown by me and you, germinated into the country, we have now.
BE RESPONSIBLE!
What can I give?
How can I help?
What contribution can I make?
How can I make Nigeria better?
That should be our goal here, as my followers. I want us to stand out. Speak a different language from what others are saying.
If others are casting blames, seek ways to solve problems.
Start from your little circle, neighborhood ” how can I help that old neighbor of mine, gain access to steady water, since she cant freely do it” seed of kindness.
” my street road is always dirty. How do I make it appealing?” Mobilize other youths on the street to sweep, clean and for free…..it wont be a crime. Dont wait for some leaders, to be responsible…
Many of us got potentials to even be billionaires, but can’t even boast of a thousand naira. A potential is an innate ability, you didnt learn from anywhere, you were born with it. You dont struggle with this, it just flows. Even as insignificant as tidiness, organization, if well utilized and with the right publicity, you are up there. This is what we all should be working on, as a nation, now, so we boost the productivity of Nigeria, instead of just consuming.
