Washing your menstrual napkins or wrappers, could be very exciting and even more healthy than the chemically laden pads. All depends on you!

You should see what comes out of you monthly, as a woman.

Is it slimy, red or dark, smelly, do you cramp, is your bleeding in clots?

Thats what wrapper pieces or napkins, help you achieve.

Its easier to understand and study yourself!

I have used wrappers and baby napkins for 9 years.

I stopped pads in 2017 and menstrual cramps ceased, till date.

How do I wash my blood-soaked wrapper pieces or napkins?

* I keep rinsing in water ( room temperature ) until almost all blood is out

* I then soak in boiled water and detergent ( I could add salt or little lime juice ) for hours

* I wash, rinse well and sundry ( never dry inside to avoid grooming germs/bacteria ).

N.B: avoid washing your menstrual napkins in a hurry or while bathing.

In all, nothing irritating, it’s your blood.
