Like I already started yesterday, in creating a healing plan for a mad person, the major goal should be to rest/calm the agitated/hyperactive brain. Agitation that came from poor sleep, mental stress, emotional issues ( sustained depression, anxiety, etc ), smoking, alcohol, use of western medications ( e.g painkillers, steroids, sleeping pills, antidepressants, suppressants, etc ), use of stimulants, fall that causes severe hit to the head, and a whole lot…
This calmness can only be achieved through SLEEP but not a forced sleep! ( this point is very important ).
You dont drug a mad man to sleep ( it makes no sense. He would come off worse ). Thats not a treatment. Thats just relieving the moment to damage the brain more, later.
Allow things happen naturally and gradual, if you are truly interested in healing.
If you are in any of our cognitive disorders healing classes, you would understand, cognitive disorders is the slowest to heal. Just consistency and patience…
So, how do we get this hyperactive brain to sleep on its own? Thats the question!
If he could even sleep 24hours a day, no wahala. Better for us!
But how do we achieve this!
I highlighted some sources of madness above, so, what do you think we should do?
