I think, what brings the confusion is the fact that most times, some persons experience some discomfort alongside high blood pressure. Your heart starts beating ‘gbim gbim gbim’, you run to carry some scale ‘200/100’. ‘No wonder! My bp is high’.

But you know, its funny! Like I explained to us in the penultimate post; the two ( high bp at that point and the heart palpitations ) are both symptoms of your lifestyle.

If your heart only started that ‘gbim gbim gbim’ at that point because you heard, armed robbers were in the next flat, that’s your blood pressure rising there. Your body had to enact more pressure for blood to reach your heart at that point, because, as a result of your fear, your blood vessels became contracted/narrow.

So its about your emotional management ( fear in this case ).

As long as you remain scared, your heart would keep beating ( bp would keep high ). If the fear becomes too much, you might even faint. Check that scale at that point, that person’s blood pressure might even be reading 1000/500, if there is anything like that😜😜😜

The body was simply pumping blood according to your state, at that point. Its simply following the level of fear.

The more fear, the more contracted your blood vessels, the more force the body uses to pump blood.

You dont leave your fear which is the source of everything and start blaming innocent ‘hbp’ that’s only doing its own work.

And do you know the most interesting of this whole thing?

Bp cannot be controlled!

Western medicine would tell you ‘its incurable’. Thats because, it was never even a sickness🤷‍♀️. How do you stop or tame what you have no control over?

The body was designed to function that way.

Bp should and must rise, when conditions warrant it. You cant stop it.

What you have control over is your lifestyle ( fear in this case. All she needed was to control her emotions at that point, to avoid fainting ).

You would only believe all am saying now, when; even after all the religious drugging daily, stroke still knocks on your door ” but I have been religious with my drugs “..

Are you kidding me right now?😳
