Finding it difficult to sleep;

1. Have a schedule for sleeping and be firm with it. For example, 10pm to 7am. At least, 8hours

2. Create a sleep-friendly environment

3. Eat light foods hours before sleeping e.g fruits, vegetables, instead of junks, stimulants or heavy meals

4. Go off screens early e.g Televisions, phones, laptops, etc

5. Limit stress. This could be mental, emotional, physical, etc

Let go of whatever bugs you, be happy

6. Day time physical activity would naturally warrant good sleep

7. Stop drugging ( western medications )

8. Stop alcohol

9. Stop smoking

10. If your sleeplessness is a result of drugs and substances of all kinds, you might need to detoxify your entire being ( you might wish to get our ebook guide on detoxification )

N.B: sleeping pills dont help! Yes, at first, you might find sleep ( fake/forced sleep ), but in the long run, because these substances are hard drugs which only force the brain to act against itself, you might lose it upstairs and enter road ( lets be very careful ), stroke, breathing difficulty, the sleep you were even forcing before might stop coming totally ( you would think you need to increase the dose. But my guys only started showing you their true colors ). Trace the lifestyle behind your sleeplessness, work on it and allow sleep come naturally.

God bless Africa!
