SLEEP AND COGNITIVE DISORDERS by Momma Nature

Its a law of nature to lack sleep, when several conditions warrant it.
Depression and anxiety is one, western medications, especially those designed to suppress pains, alter emotional states, smoking, use of alcohol, forming a habit of not sleeping, sleeping too shortly, use of stimulants, etc.
But you who forces sleep by some drugs, even in these states, would count it 'wisdom'. Forgetting, that sleep didn’t come naturally and must have a negative consequence on your health, especially on your brain.
These suppressants are going against a natural law, making the brain go against its default setting at that point and your brain gradually starts losing it.
This is why all of you on sleeping pills, hbp drugs, start losing it upstairs, overtime ( loss of memory, hallucination, even seizures ), these suppressants could even cause you madness, because instead of working on the source of your problem ( your state of mind and other reasons, sleep disappeared ), you seek magic.
How do i correct this?
1. Like is a law of nature, the source of your problem, which is the root from which every other problem stems, must be traced and tamed first.
You dont treat depression, you work on your emotions/state of mind. Instead of dwelling on a problem and letting it take over you, purposely tune your mind the opposite direction ( happiness and joy ).
Instead of swallowing pills to sleep, work on correcting the source of sleeplessness so sleep comes naturally. Could yours be a habit?, side effects of medications, depression, thoughts, sickness, work on the source.
2. Now that you’ve traced the source of your problem, return your brain to its default setting. And how do you achieve this?
Smiles…..the brain is a product of nature( God ) not a human invention, so drugs cannever ever ever ever ever ever and i say again NEVER heal any cognitive disorder, instead, they destroy your brain/cognition, overtime.
You correct every brain malfunction with the original medicine given humanity by God.
3. One very important lifestyle that many undermine is SLEEP.
Without sleep, you cant correct stroke, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, cerebral palsy and whatever given as names to these cognitive disorders.
We enforce this in our cognitive disorders healing classes and those who are disciplined, are faster to recover..
12hours uninterrupted sleep daily, wont be a bad idea ( may not be at a stretch )

Have you tried the steaming aspect, day and night for your cognition, or even your common ginger tea?
Change your lifestyle to the natural, completely, if overweight, it’s time to shed, if Underweight, it’s time to stop modelling, stop every western medication, stop alcohol, smoking, hard drugs, stop too much coffee or every negatively stimulating drug, work on your emotions, etc.
