SAMPLE FOOD GUIDE FOR INFLAMMATORY DISEASES PATIENTS

The likes of the ulcer, asthma, tuberculosis, bronchitis, pneumonia, arthritis, even lung issues, etc.
It’s not magic!
You are inflamed now, because, you went against nature’s design for the human body, not hereditary, genes, whatever. “You are your own problem!”

What are these wrong lifestyles;
* Western medications
* Humanly modified foods
* contraceptives
* sanitary pads
* alcohol
* smoking
* unhealthy sex habits
* hard drugs
* wrong bras, etc
First identity these lifestyles, repent of them, detoxify your body ( check this page for my teachings on detoxification or get my ebook on detoxification to guide you ).
Detoxify until Underweight ( even if you got ulcer ) and whole/almost whole, then follow up with the guide below until perfect.
Once whole, you are free to start life as a new being. You alone would bring back asthma, ulcer, etc into your life, the day you return to your vomit.
There is nothing like permanent healing.

Day 1
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual first thing in the morning
3. 1 cup of carrot honey juice for breakfast
4. 1 cup each of carrot honey juice + boiled
rice with chicken cooked scent leaves
soup ( no oil ) for lunch and dinner
5. 3 cups of turmeric honey water through the day ( boil one teaspoon of turmeric powder in 3 cups of
water, add pure honey each time you want to
drink )soup ( no oil ) for lunch and dinner
6. Lemon grass ritual at bedtime
7. 8 cups of drinking water through the day

Day 2
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 cup of cabbage honey juice for breakfast
4. 1 cup of cabbage honey juice + olive oil
cooked moi moi
garnished with blanched spinach for lunch
5. 1 cup of cabbage honey juice for dinner
6. 3 cups of turmeric honey water through the day
7. Lemon grass ritual at bedtime
8. 8 cups of water through the day

Day 3
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 cup of scent leaves honey juice for breakfast
4. 1 cup of scent leaves honey juice +chicken peppered soup with eko/agidi for lunch
5. 1 cup of scent leaves juice for dinner
6. Lemon grass ritual for dinner
7. 3 cups of turmeric honey water through the day
8. 8 cups of water through the day

Day 4
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 bowl of fruits salad for breakfast
4. 1 cup of cucumber juice + pounded yam
with fresh cod fish cooked spinach soup
( no oil ) for lunch
5. I bowl of fruits salad for dinner
6. 3 cups of turmeric honey water through
the day
7. Lemon grass ritual at bedtime
8. 8 cups of water through the day

Day 5
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 cup of hibiscus ( zobo ) honey tea for breakfast
4. 1 cup each of hibiscus honey tea + olive oil cooked
unripe plantain porridge garnished with spinach for lunch and dinner through the day
5. 3 cups of turmeric honey water through the day
6. Lemon grass ritual at bedtime
7. 8 cups of drinking of water through the day

Day 6
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 cup of beetroot honey juice for breakfast
4. 1 cup of beetroot honey juice + boiled
beans with olive oil saute fresh tomatoes sauce for lunch
5. 1 cup of beetroot honey juice for dinner
6. 3 cups of turmeric honey water
7. Lemon grass ritual at bedtime
8. 8 cups of drinking water through the day

Day 7
1. Take 30mins walk
2. Lemon grass ritual
3. 1 cup of cabbage honey juice for breakfast
4. 1 cup each of
