RETAINING FLUIDS?
Posted in :
1. Just get up and keep moving.
You have to move, because the retained fluids must burn out through your sweat glands. Remember your urination and poop excretion is not really active for now.
2. Reduce your fluids intake, especially water, if your fluids retention is much ( if you are very swollen ), otherwise, increase your water intake ( if just a little swollen ). This is where herbs and spices are going to be your best friend. You need them this season.
3. Avoid western medications. They only give you temporary relief but, trust me, your organs are failing the more. The moment you don’t go for dialysis, your stomach double swells. Each day on dialysis, simply means, a day closer to death for your organs e.g kidneys.
4. You detoxify a faulty organ/body, if you want it back to life, not replace or substitute it.
Dialysis machines, replace your kidneys and not treat or repair them. Meaning, on your own, forget about urination, pooping and doing every other thing, the kidneys do. You remain at the mercy of some machines, while your kidneys die out each day, because they are left passive.
5. Getting those fluids out of your body naturally, would be gradual, not enjoyable, it’s a gradual and tedious journey of total lifestyle overhaul, but, if you are patient and God shows you mercy, trust me, its worth everything, living life with your own God-given kidneys and in a fresh and whole state.
It’s all about acknowledgement of your wrong lifestyles, repentance from them, detoxification and not returning to your vomit!
God bless Africa!
