I already introduced us to 2 detoxification routines, all purely ‘nature’ in its ominipotence;

1. Water fast ( involving the element ‘ water ‘. Water intake alone, for as long as it takes, to feel whole ). This element washes out your organs through urine. So keep urinating, It’s good!

If already retaining fluids much ( swelling ), kindly avoid this.
2. Work out!
Jugging, brisk walking, running, whichever!
Just keep moving!
Allow the sun element to detoxify you via sweat.
I recommend this specially for those already retaining fluids.
Go out with your swollen stomach, legs, face and keep moving, until the sun is done with cleansing you.
3. The third, I would introduce us to is ‘ herbal steaming ‘ ( check the comment section for a picture of me steaming with Nichole, years back ).
This detoxification method uses the earth’s element ‘ fire ‘.
Wash and cook your lemon grasses, dongoyaro, lime, lemon, orange, pawpaw, Guava, mango or whichever leaves, in water, over fire, decant into your bath bucket, sit on a stool in front of the bucket, go stark naked, cover your entire body with a blanket, over the bucket of herbal brew exuding vapor and steam until profusely sweaty, take that brew to your bathroom for bath.
Do this, every morning and bedtime daily. It should be a habit!
