" Good evening my coach, there are a lot of improvement in my body since we started this challenge
No more headache
No more sleepless nights
Hemorrhoid disappeared
No more back, waist and general body pains
Energy level very high
No more heaviness, very very light now
No more boils
I go to toilet everyday now, unlike before 2 to 3 times a week
I can stand for one hour now, without sitting,
and can also walk for more than one hour. Before if I walk for 20 minutes I will start have hotness under my feet
My weight was 86.25kg when I started the challenge, but today it is 79.15kg which means I lost 7kg
My sugar level was 174 when I started, today it is 117 without any medications
