Have not used my asthmatic inhaler since then.
Finally yesterday I was able to use the toilet.
Thanks to God and mama nature.
I believed in the power of nature because I embarked on this same journey January this year for 30 days, l saw the positive signs. Am not regretting joining this particular one as a group. I have really learnt a lot on this program. I stop by saying, the day you stop learning, you start dying. May God Almighty help us to achieve our goals here, and also continue with this life style and not to go back on our vomit "
