I used to have pains from my waist to my leg, but it has disappeared, I walk for 1hour this morning without having any pain
I also have a growth on one side of my anus they said is hemorrhoid, the size is like agbalumo seed (African cherry) but I noticed it is diminishing, although it is still there but the size is smaller to beans seed now.
My fasting blood sugar levels was 174 the day we started this challenge, but when I checked it this morning it was 128 without any medications
My sleep has improved greatly
No more headache
I feel so light now, and I'm so happy and alive again. I know when I check my weight nest week I will loose some kg
