I started this program on August 2022
Weight on starting was 58kg
Current weight 50kg
Symptoms were:
- Almost constantly waking up to catch my breath in the night.
- Lower Back pain
- Right swollen ankle
- Right swollen under eye
- Persistent cough and sore throat
- Hair thinning and breakage
- Stomach pain after almost every meal
- Persistent blocked nose at night
- Burning sensation at my upper left arm
- Burning sensation before and after urinating
Frequent Unrination.
- All the symptoms has stopped or reduced greatly except for frequent urination and weight loss.

- I don’t wear padded bras
- I only use cloths for my period
- I don’t cook with seasoning
- I take a walk every evening
