Weight at joining 100
Current weight is 90
I was having body pains all over my body, headache, stomach ulcer,leg swallow,hbp, sleeping problem,
I have a great improvement I can sleep now very well,my body pain is not much again even my stomach ulcer is not much again ,I use to have headache every day but now I may feel headache once in a week I don have leg swallow again
What left now is to the headache to stopped complete and the body pains and the stomach ulcer to stop completely
I came across Ndcl through Facebook
I have stopped using species to cook my food, I stopped process food,
I thank God I came across Ndcl
