I started my healing program on the 3rd of December, 2025
I was having serious shortness of breath, back pains, pain on my liver area and pains on my both shoulder and pain on my left side breast and irregular period and heavy bleeding
My improvement so far, no more shoulder pains, no more chest and breast pain, no more pains in my liver area, my period is back to normal and no more heavy bleeding and blood clots and no more pain like I use to have when seeing my period
I can now trek far distance, unlike before
Complains left; still have shortness of breath, once in a while
lifestyle changes made so far; i no longer eat like I do before, I use natural spices now, no more western medications….
