" Good evening ma'am 1: Mrs O 2:June 21/2025 3: Challenges-Pains in my lower abdomen especially the right side. Frequent urination mostly at night. Dizziness, chest and back pains, night sweats, sleeplessness , palpitations. Can't see written things clearly, serious headaches mostly at night, body itching etc 4: Improvements so far-The pains at my lower abdomen has greatly reduced ,no more frequent urination at night ( only twice now) dizziness, chest and back pains has also reduced greatly. No more palpitation and sleeplessness and my vision has also improved. No more night sweats and the itching has reduced. 5: symptoms left- l still feel light headaches at times. little itching too. At times I also feel dizzy and back pain but not as before. 6: lifestyle changes made so far- I have put an end to processed foods, seasoning cubes . I have stopped orthodox drugs ( since June ,I haven't visited hospital or taken any medications) . I have also adjusted to wearing loose bras ".
