When I started: 16th September, 2025
Symptoms I started with: 1) very high blood sugar levels
2) general body pains
3) blurry vision
4) forming and smelling
urine
5) insomnia
6) fatigue
7) headache
heaviness of the body
Improvement so far:
1) normal blood sugar
levels
2) no more body pains
3) blurry vision greatly improved
4) foamy and smelling
urine, stopped
5) no more insomnia (sleeping like a baby now)
6) no more fatigue
(very smart and active now)
7) no more heaviness
(my body is very light
now)
Complains left:
Everything is perfectly okay now, except for a little blurry vision
Lifestyle changes made so far:
1) I make sure whatsoever that goes into my mouth is from the soil
2) no western medications
