Started my healing program 5/1/2026
Symptoms were; Frequent body weakness (i.e weak immunity), severe backache due to ulcer, acid reflux with palpitation, bloating, belching and excessive passing out of gas especially after eating
Improvement so far; i feel energized, no bloating , belching and excessive passing of gas
Complains left; I still feel a little backache and mild itchy vaginal discharge
Lifestyle changes made so far; No more pads, iron bras, iodized salt, seasonings, maggi, refined oil, alcohol. Every food is prepared with the recommended spices, no more western medications “
