Transferring activeness from my left side to my paralyzed right. I fold my right leg when sitting, I could fold 2 legs and sit on them ( for flexibility ), use same paralysed hand to raise a bucket of water, wash my dishes, clothes, try to grab…… Its very difficult! But be deliberate about it.
You dont ignore that part, you transfer all activities there, leaving the formerly active one, passive. Its very difficult, but, gradually, you would get there.
