You are always transfusing blood, yet, your body, never gets filled up with blood. You keep returning weekly, monthly, for same thing.
Where do all the pints of blood entering into your body, go to?
The hospital tells you, you are pale, weak, because you lack blood, but, is it true. Does the human blood just vanish from the body, without any physical drainage ( bleeding )?

Smiles…..a lot of wrong orientations on health. So many symptoms are attributed to blood shortage. Its typical for the hospital to diagnose a dehydrated and weak person from lack of foods and drinks, of blood shortage.
Aside physical drainage of blood via cuts from accidents, menstruation, etc, there is no reason for your blood to be insufficient. You rather are missing out on the source of your trauma.

As a sickler;
1. You are either a product of a weak immune father, mother or both or your immunity broke down along the line, via your own wrong lifestyles. You can only correct this by a total lifestyle overhaul.
2. Your immune system is weak, meaning, your whole body system, got not the strength to perform their functions;
A. Your hair does not grow as should. The hair glands lack the ability and energy
B. Your joints are rigid, stiff and achy. There are no fats to lubricate them
C. You are always weak/pale. The weight/fats/energy is not there, to keep you going about physical activities
D. You are always sick. Your immune system lacks the energy to perform its function of defending you
E. Some parts of your body swell, not because you are short on blood but because your circulatory system lacks the energy to perform its function
F. Your vision is impaired. No energy…………

So, its all about weight!
This weight would be the source of the fats that would lubricate your joints and bring an end to arthritis.
Same weight would be the source of energy to power the body and get it to pick up its functions.

How do I achieve this weight gain?
The weight gain talked about here, is a figure for ‘ Total lifestyle change ‘. There are many ways to gain weight; drugs, junks, unhealthy habits, etc.
But, these lifestyles are wrong and detrimental to your life, hence, can’t proffer healing. So, even if you keep eating junks all your life, the best you can get is ‘ bloating ‘ not healing.
The weight gain that heals, comes from whole foods, majorly natural fats and oils, right habits, right medicine, right inventions and only practise of the right lifestyles.
