8. DRINKING AND BATHING WITH SUN CHARGED WATER
Boil your water, cool, pour in a transparent bottle/jar, cover and place in direct sunlight, for drinking.
Place your bucket of water for bath in the sun, for 1 to 2 hours, then bath with it.
This regimen would be added on Ndcl's healing programs.
