Go remove that nonsense ( contraceptive ), before it kills you. If you swallow all sorts to prevent pregnancy, yet, want to enjoy what leads to pregnancy ( sex ), you might be warming up for this and many more sicknesses.
Stop drugs! ( western medications ). They are death baits and not anything like the medicine God created. Medicines are found in bushes, on trees, in the soil, created by God and not in some lab, created by your fellow human..
All God has given us humans, is the knowledge to administer the medicine he already created. He is the creator not YOU!
