Fever is a common health plague in many parts of the world, especially in climates, predisposed to mosquitoes.
Many come down with fever, every now and then. From as frequent as weekly, monthly, yet, there are some others under same climate, who cannot remember when last, they had fever.
There are other reasons why you may come down with fever, aside the usual mosquito bites, but, we base on the foundation of all.
What could make any one susceptible to fever?
Your immunity, strongly influenced by your lifestyle.
E.g 1. a born sickler is always down with fever, because, he/she has a weak immunity.
A weak immunity inherited from one or both parents, courtesy of the perverted lifestyles of this current world ( scroll down this page for my teachings on immunity ).
2. You might not have even been born sickly, but, along the line, discovered you are in and out of fever weekly, monthly.
In such case of recurrent fever, your immunity is already questionable and only a strict lifestyle overhaul, would return you, to your original creation.
This is not a case of swallow this, drink this, drink that.
I DONT FALL FEVERISH OFTEN, BUT, WHEN IT VISITS, WHAT DO I DO?
There are many fruits, vegetables, herbs created for this purpose.
This simply means, these anti-fever remedies would be automatically doing their work to curb fever, without you even knowing, if we had followed God’s plan.
1. When feverish, stop all solid foods immediately ( am sure the appetite won’t even be there ).
The goal should be to regularise your high body temperature, detoxify your body of infection, hence, restoring your appetite, strength, etc.
Regularising your body temperature, requires you exposing your high body temperature to the cool air in the environment. Avoid too much clothing, wear only light clothes, If you must at all.
Soak your towel in water, squeeze and continously dab your body, through the whole day, to suppress the high temperature.
2. I introduced the lemon grass ritual to the followers of ndcl since 2018. Where you wash and cook your lemon grasses in enough water, until very concentrated. Fetch in a cup to drink, decant into a bath bucket, sit naked on a stool before the bucket of hot lemon grass brew, cover whole body across the bucket with a blanket, steam until sweating profusely, take the steamed lemon grass brew to the bathroom and bath with your soap and sponge. Do this as many times in a day as you need, to feel OK ( this is to instigate sweat ).
3. It’s not easy to drink water this time, but, keep drinking. To help temperature regulation.
A. Citrus fruits/anti-fever fruits: the likes of the oranges, grapes, limes, lemons, pomelos, clementines, tangerines, Pineapples ( I added this ).
Either one or combination of as many of these fruits as possible ( better juiced please ), to be drunk through the day and continously, would flush all infections through your urine ( you would keep urinating until fine ).
B. Vegetables: scent leaves, bitterleaves.
Wash, shred and blend either or a combination of these 2 leaves with water. Sieve and keep drinking
C. Herbs/spices: hibiscus ( zobo ), ginger.
Cook your zobo and enough ginger powder or fresh ginger ( grinded ) in water, and keep drinking..
