Pepper or citruses are not your enemies. Who knows?🤷 These might turn out to be your best friends, if you follow my guide.

Note to be reflected on; 1. These are foods created for you to be enjoyed and not run away from 2. God cannot create what would harm the body 3. Your enemy is your own lifestyle ( check this page for a list of some wrong lifestyles ) 4. Until you do away with these wrong lifestyles, these foods would keep appearing like monsters to you 5. You know the feeling you get when applying iodine and spirits to sores/wounds/injury? That's the same feeling you are getting on ingesting these foods, making you perceive them as bad. 6. In reality, these same foods, are part of your healing Aids, If you persist.

Let's try out something..... 1. From the list of wrong lifestyles, which are you guilty of? 2. Repent of them 3. It's time to detoxify yourself. Yes, detoxification! You read me right! " But, how can an ulcer patient stay without eating? " " well....maybe there is still a lot you are yet to know 🤷 " As part of your detoxification ingredients, there are surely citruses. For a start, dilute your citrus juices with water. You might feel some hurt, but, that's why you should continue. As you persist daily, the pains reduce until you no longer find them.
