” Momma nature, from what time is it late to eat? “

” smiles…..its not a one rule game. At least; as perceived by me. Different factors determine which time is late for an individual.

An overweight person might choose not to even eat breakfast and dinner, at all. And he/she would only get healthier, while an underweight person could keep eating even up till 12 midnight, it would only help you add weight and get stronger.

A sedentary person could get constipated even in day time, because he is always sitted or passive ( foods dont digest ), so it has nothing to do with day or night, while a menial jobber who stops working at 12 midnight daily and can only eat after 12midnight, never suffers constipation ( he is always physically active, burning calories, fats and all ).

So, it’s not a one rule game, like i said. No designed time. You as an individual, should know when you should stop eating, base on your lifestyle; your weight ( if overweight, stop early evening to reduce constipation, especially if also sedentary, if underweight, you even need the late eating to boost your weight, except you have other health concerns ).

A physically active person, can eat anytime, because, his body is always on a roller coaster. His foods dont pile, to cause him unrest. As they go in, they breakdown, do their work, the waste, out again, but a sedentary person, opposite. Always constipated but worse at night because the body sleeps ( off even the least activity ).

I don’t like the band wagon thing.

Let’s outgrow the ” they said ” thing. I want us to get to the point where we know things for ourselves.

Who says you must stop eating by 6pm?

What if my own physical activity starts then. Am i still same with those who go to bed at that time?
