Please ma what of a person who is not involved in any wrong life style but the blood pressure is still high, what can the person do
I already said a million times, ” your blood pressure should rise when conditions warrant it. It’s a normal thing the body should do “. This means, it mustn’t be a wrong lifestyle. If I come scare you now and your heart starts beating fast, that’s your blood pressure, increased at that point. It’s not a crime to be scared and you can’t say the heart shouldn’t beat faster, when scared. That’s a coping mechanism by the human body.
It increased, because, at the point of fear, your blood vessels contracted/shrinked and to avoid blood stopping to reach your heart, the body had to exert more energy, in pumping the blood, knowing there is only a little space left for blood to pass.
If you are the type who cannot control your emotions at all, your blood vessels would contract so much that, blood would suddenly stop reaching your heart. You blank out!
You hear of cardiac arrest, shock, someone fainting……
So, bp rising is normal and mustn’t be necessarily from a wrong lifestyle. It’s not a crime and every normal human’s blood pressure rises and should, when conditions warrant it.
You can’t stop the body from doing it’s work.
What would bring you sicknesses is not hbp but your lifestyle.
And hey! There is no human void of wrong lifestyles. If I list 20 now, I can bet, you are guilty of 10.
Let me know if I clarified you please?
