" Good morning everyone
I have a lot of improvement since I started this challenge
1) no more pains
2) energy level is very high
3) I'm very light now, unlike before that I used to be very heavy
4) no more boils
5) fasting blood sugar levels has drop drastically. I checked on Wednesday it was 119 without drugs for 3 weeks now
6)No more headache or sleepless nights, in fact I sleep like a new born baby now.
7) I go to toilet everyday now, before it was 2 or 3 times in a week
I can walk for 1 hour without getting tired
9) I can stand longer than before now
10) after two weeks of the challenge I lost 3 kg, I will check again before the end of the challenge.
