Why are your joints rigid, stiff, painful, swollen?
* because you got a sickly gene? ( what western medicine tells sicklers )
* because you got some deficiency in…….

The so called crisis western medicine makes you believe is a result of your wrong genes, is a consequence of your too little weight.
It’s a long story. To understand my teachings better, you must have to start reading back to 2017.
When there are no fats in your joints, there is surely going to be friction, stiffness, deformity, pains.
Have always told us Africans to wake up from our slumber.
You got a sickly child, forget what your western lords made you believe ( genotype ) and correct the perversion your child is paying for ( build his or her immunity by returning the original way ).
Weight here represents energy for that sickler, lubricant, blood, etc
The so called ‘ blood shortage ‘ the doctors keep telling you day and night, is not true in the real sense.
To them, it’s blood. But, why do these persons never stop needing more blood, despite the weekly blood transfusion. Where do all the pints of blood go?
Everything has a source! And I have explained here, over and over.

So, if your joints are deformed, rigid, etc, your first point of call should be your weight.
” am I over or Underweight? “
Reason, you need your bmi app.
If you are Underweight, until you change your lifestyle to add to that weight naturally, all the hot water massage, ice bag numbing, etc, would only be exercises in futility.

If you are overweight, you also must experience this, overtime.
Excess fats in the joints, also inflame them.
Until you shed that weight to the bearest minimum, your 100 surgeries, etc, would only be complications to your life. You are just wasting your time.

Even if you arent currently under or overweight, but, suffer this, check it!
You were either of these formerly.
Your lifestyle should be checked;
* food choices
* kind of medicine
* Habits
* Inventions patronised, etc.

Like I have told us before, the nature I work with answereth to all.
Your lifestyle now, determines the effect of any food, herb, on you.
Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, okra, spinach, lemons, I could manipulate to achieve same purpose.
Just stop the wrong you are doing.
A smoker who won’t stop smoking, can never recover from tuberculosis, even if he drinks all the ginger tea in the world.
You in our healing class who recovered from cancer, wasn’t healed by lemon juice, but, because you first stopped western medications which are chemicals, wrong foods, alcohol, wrong habits, etc. The healing came from stopping the wrong things and imbibing the right ( original ):
1. Right foods ordered by God
2. Right kind of drink
3. Original medicine ( herbs )
4. Healthy habits
5. Health friendly inventions, etc.

HOW DO I ADD WEIGHT?
Adding weight when it comes to Ndcl, means a whole lot.
It comes with a whole lot of discipline ( lifestyle change ). This is not the keto kind of weight add, or eat junks to bloat. But, weight adding by living naturally.
a. Base your feeding on natural fats ( free rangers eggs, peanut butter, avocados, groundnut oil, palm oil, fresh meat, fish, etc )
You are eating these, same time, correcting your wrong habits, stopping drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc.
b. Water intake should be moderate ( so your foods linger in you )
c. Reduce stress
d. Sleep more
e. Rid emotional issues

HOW DO I SHED WEIGHT?
1. Base your feeding on fruits and vegetables
2. Increase water intake ( 8 to 12 cups at least, daily )
3. More exercise
4. Sleep less
5. No alcohol, drugs, and any wrong habit.

The list goes on………
