Go to your compound, approach those trees as a figure of God standing before you ( with honour, confidence, trust and faith in their ability to heal you ), pluck as many as you can, go into your kitchen, wash them, cook. You drink God ( the teas of these leaves ), you steam God ( allow his vapor-like presence infuse you ( steam the boiled water from these leaves ), bath God ( submerge yourself under his healing powers ). Take this as a habit all the days of your life on earth, so, sicknesses be far from you.
Then, you have to acknowledge your wrong ways. You did a whole lot, to have acquired this ailment. You must undo them, to be free from their consequences.
It begins with discarding those satanic baits to death, in your hands ( drugs ). Prove to God, you really trust in his provisions for your healing. You can’t be on both sides!
Stop every other wrong lifestyle; smoking, alcohol, sanitary pads, humanly modified foods, dirtiness, sedentariness, etc, I guide you fully on detoxification. Let’s do this for the next 3 months and let’s see if its a witch, truly afflicting you.

Africans, we’ve gone far from our creator.
Our idea of knowing and serving him, is praying 24 hours, carry Bibles, qurans, quote some scriptures that we ourselves don’t even live up to. But it might shock you to discover, that ditty herbalist on your street, believes in God, more than you do.
His faith in God, is why, he commands the leaves to do what they were created to do in the human body and they swing into action. He already knows God created them to heal, so, he simply uses them as instructed and not disturb same God claiming to pray, day and night, for healing. He sees God through those leaves, he communicates with them. Westerners would tell you its black magic.
If conversing with the leaves of the trees created by God is voodoo, what spirit inspired the creation of chemicals as medicine, that’s finishing the human organs, today. God?
