ARE YOU MAD?
When mostly Africans hear of or see a mad person, the first thing that comes to mind is ” who do dis person, dis strong tin ? “
I understand though, but, relax, e Neva reach dat side. He could be behind his cognitive disorder:
* Smoking
* Alcohol
* drugs ( western medications e.g steroids, sedatives, antidepressants, suppressants, etc )
* Hard drugs
* Excess stimulants ( even natural )
* Excess weight
* Too little sleep
* stress ( mental, psychological, emotional )
* too little weight
The worst mistake you will make, is going on drugs in a quest to treat this. Look up , did you see ‘drugs’ as one of the sources of this?
I believe you are smart enough to know ” fire cannot quench fire “
The number 1 step to curing any cognitive disorder, including madness is ‘SLEEP’ ( Lifestyle change ). If he/she would rest the agitated brain more than he puts it to work, you are half way. It’s a whole lot, great minds.
I want to introduce us to one of my antidotes for these patients, ‘WHEAT GRASS ‘. I know many of us haven’t seen this before. Get it!
Any natural stimulant too will do on the brain; Ginger, wonderful Kola, Kolanut, peppermint leaves, etc. But, your lifestyle must be right, to have these work for you.
If you need NDCL involved in your healing journey, please consult and enroll in the cognitive disorders healing class, else, get my e-book ‘ healing your brain ‘ and ‘free oftoxins’.
I would appreciate our feedback on practising this.
